Organizational Learning

Mo draws on her expertise in organizational leadership, experiential education, Jewish learning, and the arts to create memorable, engaging, and impactful learning experiences for teams. She has worked with  Jewish organizations such as Temple Beth Hatfiloh in Olympia, Wa., HIAS, Mayyim Hayyim, and Minyan of Thinkers, integrating social justice frameworks into work culture and implementing leadership styles that foster more cultural competence and innovative thinking.

Mo is happy to collaborate with you to create custom trainings and programming, or to facilitate one of her many tried and true programs for your organization.

 

Programs can be structured as:

– 1 hour interactive presentation

– 3 hour presentation and workshop

– 1/2 day or day-long immersion
